Kenya’s New Wind Farm Will Provide Nearly One Fifth Of The Country’s Power

Kenya has broken ground on a major renewable energy project for the country and for the African continent as a whole. The Lake Turkana Wind Power project will be the largest in Africa and is expected to provide around 17 percent of Kenya’s power demand.
