Stéphane Dion’s dog Kyoto: doing better than the Protocol

Liberal MP member Stéphane Dion and I spoke briefly about the negotiations and Canada’s role. Stéphane was a central facilitator in Montreal for COP11 and was the architecht for one of Canada’s most ambitious climate policies The Green Shift.
- I ask Mr. Dion about his dog, famously named Kyoto. His response: “my dog is great! he is doing better than the Protocol.”

Joanna is an advocate for climate leadership on both the UN and community level. She attended the Montreal, Bali, and Copenhagen climate meetings with the Canadian Youth Delegation.
