It is 4 o’clock at the Maritim Hotel in Bonn, where the UNFCCC climate negotations are. None of the sessions that had to begin this morning at 10am have already started. Negotiators are still discussing (or fighting on) the outcome of the SBSTA.
But they are also negotiatins the outcome of SBI. And they have not found an agreement yet!
Considering that each session are at least three-hour long, with Anna, we have decided to anticipate. And we bought our dinner for tonight, and our breakfast for tomorrow morning in case we will have to stay till late tonight!
