With almost a week of negotiations over, it seems like there is only one country that is holding the EU back from brink of a wildly romantic gesture. Strangely, this same country was just awarded the honor of hosting, facilitating, managing and leading next year’s UN climate Conference (gasp).
Will this formidable foe keep the EU from changing the game here in Durban? Or will we need to delay Australia and the EU’s engagement party for 2013, in Poland.
Only time will tell. Luckily we still have 5 days remaining to set things right on the road to romance…
