Die Verhandlungen in Tianjin neigen sich ihrem Ende und hinterlassen weitere Sorgenfalten in meinem Gesicht, nachdem auch erfahrene Delegierte bei einer zwanglosen Unterredung zum Mittagessen nicht mehr versuchen, das Ergebnis schön zu reden. Die Hoffnung stirbt zuletzt, aber es bleibt die Frage: Worauf eigentlich?
