With so much frustration and series of waiting, finally we’re here in the Bella Centre. They’ve already blocked a lot of new registration, and restricted with crowd control by issuing secondary badges, but without much organisation, things can just be frustrated as you may see.

Much more to come in today’s evening, where a few ad-hoc working group meetings are scheduled by then. Less crowded here in Bella Centre, with people with nice business suits, less actions, less noise, but strong unity out there, the world is watching.
