Norway announced a few minutes ago that they were going to reduce their emissions by 40% by 2020 on 1990 levels. Great announcement, we were there to give you the opportunity to live it and look at it !

Last week the G77 and China raised the alarm that the commitments made by rich countries under the Kyoto Protocol appeared to be under threat. After the 2 weeks of UN climate talks in Bangkok, this is clearly, and problematically, the case.
